UV Coating for PVC Board

(1) UV coating for laminate PVC panel product
Use: Used on the laminate PVC panel; according to guest’s request,able to produce the different kinds of low adhesion and good flow leveling coating, high adhesion and good flow leveling coating,outdoor type of high adhwsion and good flow leveling coating, matte and good flow leveling series (10~80 degrees of lustre).
Features: With the features of good flow leveling, good adhesion, uneasy to be yellowed, good fullness, low stimulation, pliable and tough paint film. excellent construction in winter.
(2) UV coating for heat transfer film PVC panel product
Use: Used on the heat transfer film PVC panel; according to guest’s request,able to produce the different kinds of low adhesion and good flow leveling coating, high adhesion and good flow leveling coating, Ink resistance and low adhesion good flow leveling coating, Ink resistance and high adhesion and high flow leveling, matte finish good flow leveling (10~80 degrees of lustre).
Features: With the features of good flow leveling, good adhesion, uneasy to be yellowed, good fullness, low stimulation, pliable and tough paint film. excellent construction in winter.
(3) UV coating for PVC panel printing
Use: Used on the printing PVC panel. according to guest’s request,able to produce painting coating of 3D printing, solvent-free painting coating of 3D printing, roller coating of 3D printing.
Features: With the features of low stimulation, good flow leveling, good adhesion, good fullness, good flexibility, high hardness and good wear resistance.

Storage: cool, dry and ventilated place, storage at <40℃, avoiding light, away from fire source and heat source. The shelf life is 12 months. After overdue, it can continue to be used after inspection.
Transportation: prevent impact and extrusion, prevent insolation and transport according to general dangerous goods.

(1)The normal usage temperature of UV coating is 50-55℃. When used in winter at low temperature, the UV coating needs to be heated in a constant temperature, to make its viscosity reach the design and use viscosity,this is beneficial to UV coating’s flow leveling and fast curing.
(2) When the UV coating is irradiated by the UV lamp, the optimum temperature should be 50-60 degrees C,because at this temperature, UV coating solidifies quickly and has strong adhesion after curing.In other words,Under the UV lamp,temperature is not the lower, the better.This is main reasion of poor adhesion and poor flow leveling when some manufacturers light up the low temperature plant in winter.
(3)The machine should be placed on the position of the sun can not be exposed directly , otherwise, the UV coating will be solidified on the coating roll under the ultraviolet light of the sun.If it can't avoid the direct sunlight,the sun should also be blocked with red and black curtains.
(4) UV coating glazing by scraping will have been printed in ink on the printing material to UV light oil on the polishing machine, make the oil finish with color. However, after filtering and precipitation, these coating can continue to be used.
(5) With the development of science and technology,at present,the UV coating’s irritation has been greatly reduced.the irritation of the UV coating has been greatly reduced. But in the light operation, if the skin touches the UV coating, it should be washed away with soapy water immediately, otherwise the skin may appear red and swollen and blister.
(6) The viscosity of UV coating depends on types of polishing machine,according to the type selection of special varnish glazing machine. If the UV coating viscosity is not up to the required viscosity of polishing machine,use diluent to remove stickiness or with thickening agent.But after this adjustment,It will lose the curing speed, brightness and adhesion of UV coating.
